“A DIVIDEND is intended to be declared in the matter of Ferguson and Urie, of 100 Franklin-street, Melbourne, in the colony of Victoria, glass stainers, whose estate was assigned on the 22nd day of June, 1899. Creditors who have not proved their debts by the 12th day of December, 1899, will be excluded. Dated this 24th day of November, 1899. J. DRYSDALE PURVES, Trustee. This nears the final stages of the Ferguson & Urie companies forty six year history as the first commercial stained glass company to have been established in the Australian colonies.
