“A DIVIDEND is intended to be declared in the matter of Ferguson and Urie, of 100 Franklin-street, Melbourne, in the colony of Victoria, glass stainers, whose estate was assigned on the 22^nd day of June, 1899. Creditors who have not proved their debts by the 12^th day of December, 1899, will be excluded. Dated this 24^th day of November, 1899. J. DRYSDALE PURVES, Trustee. This nears the final stages of the Ferguson & Urie companies forty six year history as the first commercial stained glass company to have been established in the Australian colonies.
